Develop shorthand & communicate quickly and effectively with your team

This is never more true than when working with your team.  It allows a manager to leverage habits and pre-agreed to norms of behavior to quickly communicate with team members.

We build on some of the concepts we talked about in the previous episode and share a few ideas for building and developing shorthand with your team.  We’ll also talk about:

  • Where have I been?
  • Two shorthand topics that I use a lot
    • Can it wait
